Charlotte Kelton

Hello!
My name is Charlotte and I am the Tutor Success Manager for South Gold Coast! I consider myself to be bubbly, happy and passionate. I love spending time at the beach, walking, reading and barracking (really hard) for Essendon in the AFL. I also love spending OBSCENE amounts of time on sudoku.

When I graduated from school, I commenced a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with the intention of studying Medicine. However after working with A Team and absolutely loving it, I realised my passion within the education niche and am now studying Education! I am so passionate about education and cannot wait to contribute further to the community by facilitating the learning of students in these areas.

My current position as a Tutor Success Manager allows me to support all of my tutors and help them achieve individual success! I also provide feedback to all of my tutors and assist in their development. I am very nurturing and a massive fan of positive feedback embedded within rapport building and mentoring. I feel that another strength of mine is working with students English fundamentals, including comprehension skills & language conventions.

Along with being a success manager, I am also a tutor. I feel that the reason I am a great tutor is that I am able to create malleable, individualised plans to work for each student and will constantly reevaluate to ensure they are able to reach their full potential!
